Seda Central Bloc Cebu

Great location with a covered walkway to the shopping mall from the 5th floor and to IT Park via the ground floor. There are plenty of restaurants and food courts in the area. Stayed in a Deluxe Room for 2 days and a One Bedroom Apartment for 3 days. Both rooms were clean and spacious with excellent facilities, especially the Apartment which had a whisper quiet washing machine and clothes dryer - very handy. All of the staff went out their way to greet and assist us on every encounter with them. Both check-in and check-out were fast and seamless. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included both Filipino and Western cuisines. We enjoyed a swim in the pool on the 17th floor and a couple of refreshing ice cold beverages at the poolside bar. Looking forward to a return stay next time we visit Cebu.

Breakfast was great and so much to choose from really but almost daily I took the suman and thick chocolate never had in years. The servers were in attendance offering fresh coffee. The are very nice all of them.

New , clean compared to the Seda Ayala ,the room has no meldew smell at all like Seda Ayala and the bathroom was in good condition , draining properly unlike at Seda Ayala where I had to be moved to another room . This hotel has excellent staff and service when I asked a staff at the breakfast buffet why they didn’t not have mango as Cebu is noted for their sweet mango variety he graciously went back to the kitchen and came back with a mango freshly cut for me now that’s what we called service to the highest level I’ll be back again

Location was great! Ayala mall just next door if you need a quick buy in the grocery store. Surrounded my restaurants as well in the area. We had the one bedroom apartment. The bed is huge to accommodate 2 kids and me (4 yr old and 2 yr old). They have a sofa in the lounge area which they call a sofa bed but it is just a sofa but big enough for one person to sleep on. I chose a one bedroom apartment so my active kids have a bit of room to explore. I love that there is a dining table especially because we were tired to go dine out. Nothing beats dining in private when you have two very active little boys. Great shower. We had a bit of flush problem in the toilet but sorted itself out too. Breakfast options are good. Ambience is good. Nothing beats having a breakfast with a view. It is a city view. But a view nevertheless

The Staff are extremely helpful, very polite and approachable. They’re very human instead of quoting policies and procedures. I became on after arrival the noticed me feeling poorly and offered me an on site nurse, later a doctor visited my room. Just a travel bug i assume? But afterwards i enjoyed everything The Room was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic . The staff are Amazing . I didn’t want to leave i loved being in cebu.
